The Country Club is currently looking for Cooks that have experience in Chinese Cuisine for our bistro – On Point Kitchen. We offer a blend of traditional Chinese and modern style cooking with our restaurant that the customers love.
We are currently taking applications for Cooks to join the team on a Full-time and Part-time basis.
This is fantastic opportunity to develop your career in an inspiring kitchen and learn from some great chefs in the pristine location near the waters of Jervis Bay.
Key Selection Criteria:
• Experience in Wok cooking
• Asian cuisine cooking experience
• Knowledge of traditional and original wok flavours and techniques
• The ability to maintain high and consistent food standards at all times
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team environment
• You must be fully vaccinated (with two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine) or have a genuine medical exemption to be eligible to work on site at The Country Club
