Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Members of the St Georges Basin Country Club Limited will be held at the Clubhouse, 11 Paradise Beach Road, Sanctuary Point at 10.00am on Sunday 12th December 2021.

PLEASE NOTE: The date of the meeting could change as a result of the current Covid‐19 restrictions. THERE WILL BE NO ADMITTANCE AFTER THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE MEETING.

PRE‐MEETING VOTING
The voting for positions on the Board of Directors for 2021/23 will be conducted in the Clubhouse on the eight days prior to the Annual General Meeting. The dates and times are:
Saturday 4th December, 12.00noon ‐ 7.00pm
Sunday 5th December, 12.00noon ‐ 7.00pm
Monday 6th December, 12.00noon ‐ 7.00pm
Tuesday 7th December, 12.00noon ‐ 7.00pm
Wednesday 8th December, 12.00noon ‐ 7.00pm
Thursday 9th December, 12.00noon ‐ 7.00pm
Friday 10th December, 12.00noon ‐ 7.00pm
Saturday 11th December, 12.00noon ‐ 4.00pm Close of Voting

COVID-19 Note: Members must be double-vaccinated to enter the Club during the pre-meeting voting dates. Unvaccinated Members wishing to vote will be able to do so at a polling booth located in the carpark. Please notify the front-door staff if you are unvaccinated and wish to vote.
MEMBERS ARE REQUESTED TO NOTE THAT NO FURTHER VOTING FOR BOARD POSITIONS WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
