October 19^th sees us filling the Country Club St Georges Basin Auditorium again, for a fun filled night of Raffles, Auction and Fancy Dress. This year is “At the Movies”, come as your favourite character from a movie, movie star, or even a scene from a movie. Prizes this year for the best dress table as well. Get your thinking caps on and make a night of it. Last Chance Honey will be providing the music on the evening.

Doors will open at 5:30pm, with the evening starting at 6:30pm. Get there early and decorate your table.

The Code C Bay and Basin Committee have been busy this year, brainstorming and coming up with ideas to assist cancer patients in the Bay and Basin area. Not only have we donated the much-needed money for the Cancer Patient Transport Bus, we also donated over $2500 worth of linen and kitchen appliances to Jarrod Flynn at the accommodation building at the oncology department. This allowed Jarrod to refurbish 5 rooms with linen, blankets and coverlets giving the patients and families a refreshing new look. And replace the old kitchen saucepans and frypans with new Tefal products.

The committee also held two booked out trivia nights at the Huskisson Hotel, raising awareness of the Code C Bay and Basin mission and commitment. Fun was had by all with raffles and games throughout the evening.
